Ultimate Home Workout DVD Details:


Beginner Workout:
In this workout our focus will be on developing proper form, gluteus development, core strength, muscle strength, and cardiovascular endurance. I will slowly walk you through each exercise step-by-step so you will learn proper form. We will do various lifts and mat exercises so you develop a strong core and gluteus. These to areas of the body are so important to prevent back injury and improve proper movement. Once we get these areas strengthen you will notice a huge difference no only in how great you look but you’ll also move real well and have more energy, basically you’ll feel like your 25 years old again. We’ll also do many other exercises for every muscle in your body. By doing this you will be able to develop your entire body and get your blood flowing which will improve your cardiovascular system.

Intermediate Workout:
In this workout we will build upon the foundation we set in the Beginner workout. I will be teaching you many new exercises as well as ways to make the Beginner exercises more advanced. I will still teach you everything step-by-step as you do them along with me but at a little faster pace since this workout is more challenging.

Advanced Workout:
Let’s Have Some FUN! In this workout you’ll workout hard, break down your muscles, sweat, and have some fun. Not that you wont also do those things in the previous workouts but here is where we really step things up. I’ll be teaching you advanced exercises and we’ll really work hard. You’ll become stronger, more rippers, and in better shape then you’ve ever dreamed possible. If you can do this workout with me for 40-60 minutes 5-6x a week you’re a true soldier!
